Welcome to JustFans, a platform designed for creators to share exclusive content with their fans.

Before you proceed, please read and understand the following terms and conditions carefully.

By using JustFans, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Eligibility:
   To use JustFans, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You also agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

2. Content Creation and Sharing:
   As a creator on JustFans, you have the freedom to share exclusive content with your subscribers. However, you must adhere to our content guidelines, ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Earnings and Payments:
 JustFans operates on a revenue-sharing model.

Creators will receive 90% of the revenue generated from any of there content, while JustFans will retain 20% as a service fee.

Payments will be processed on a regular basis, and creators will have access to their earnings through the payment method specified in their account settings or country. 

4. Taxes:
Creators are solely responsible for any taxes associated with their earnings on JustFans. JustFans does not withhold taxes, and it is the creator's responsibility to report and pay any applicable taxes according to their local laws.

5. Restricted Activities:

Users of JustFans are prohibited from engaging in any activities that violate these terms or any applicable laws.
This includes, but is not limited to, the distribution of explicit content involving minors, harassment, or any form of illegal activity.

6. Account Termination:
JustFans reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.
In the event of account termination, any outstanding earnings will be forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property:
Creators retain the intellectual property rights to the content they upload on JustFans.

However, by using the platform, creators grant JustFans a license to use, display, and distribute their content for the purpose of providing the services.

8. Changes to Terms:
   JustFans may update these terms from time to time. Creators will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Dispute Resolution:
   Any disputes arising from the use of JustFans will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in our arbitration agreement.

By using JustFans, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the JustFans platform.
